This photo was taken on Father's Day at the Olympia Airport air show. They said this is the only working Huskie helicopter. Hadn't seen one since the mid to late 60's at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma. It was great to see this helicopter flying again.

My love for photography began when I was very young; as the photo shows me reaching for dad's new Leica camera. My 1st camera a Kodak, was given to me by my father back before grade school. The camera even had film in it. The only thing I remember about this camera was that you viewed through the top. Dad was a professional photographer most of his life. Larry, I was surprised to see this. I have six hundred hours flying these! A company located near here has been rebuilding them for logging for years.
