I love the isolation of the color-one of my favorite things to do back in the day of paper and film-now-still fun-nice one!

Larry Keahey replied:

Chris... thank you so much for your comments.

great image and control of color use. my mom had this car parked in the driveway in two tone turquoise....it looks far lovelier this way!!

Very cool Larry! The Black and White imagery maintains that historical feel while allowing the red to pop out gives it a modern edge! A very nicely implemented version of this effect on a stellar image! Great work!

About Larry Keahey

Larry Keahey

My love for photography began when I was very young; as the photo shows me reaching for dad's new Leica camera. My 1st camera a Kodak, was given to me by my father back before grade school. The camera even had film in it. The only thing I remember about this camera was that you viewed through the top. Dad was a professional photographer most of his life. So you might say that I have inherited my father's eye to see the beauty of this world. I want to dedicate this page to my best friend, who is also my wonderful wife, Phyllis. She's been my camera crew for over 50 years and counting. Please enjoy the pictures and your comments are very welcome. Comments are how all of us on FAA know if what we offer as art is enjoyed by others. If you...
